Service Description

NHS , armed forces, police & fire service Guidelines for visiting the salon . Please come with clean freshly washed hair .no products ie gel hairspray We will be unable to use a hairdryer at this time so you may leave the salon with damp hair . Please only come on your own or with a another , ie child/s who is also having a haircut . Any other visitors please stay in your vehicle or social distance from others outside . Please state on your appointment which service you require . We ask you arrive on time to your appointment as we have to sanitise and clean all Surfaces and equipment used in between clients . We will not accept any late appointments after 5 minutes after your scheduled time Please do Not attend if you or someone in your household is or has been diagnosed or showing symptoms of covid 19. If this is the case please have the necessary quarantine time before you visit us and make us aware after your visit if you develop any symptoms. Please let us know if you need to cancel / reschedule if possible 24 hours in advance as you may still be charged if you don’t attend . On entering the salon we require everyone to uses the hand sanitizer provided . We are asking for contactless payment please . Your stylist will ask for payment at the end of your service, we can accept cash but only the exact amount as no change will be given . Also any tips / gratuities given to the stylist individually please . There will be a box provided . We will be using one use gown per service , we will have all the necessary protective equipment and follow all cleaning procedures the government has recommended . When your service is finished please leave the salon in a prompt fashion to keep the entrance clear at all times . If you call the shop please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will not be answering the phone whilst working.
